Privacy Policy

1. What This Policy Covers
Unspoken Security, LLC (“Unspoken Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publishes this Privacy Policy for our website (www.unspokensecurity.com), our podcast, our consulting and advisory services, and the Unspoken Security Intelligence Center platform (“USIC”) at usic.unspokensecurity.com. If you use USIC or our services under a written agreement with us, that agreement governs your content and data, and it controls if it conflicts with this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Website and general contacts. Information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message when you contact us; and information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs.
USIC accounts. When you sign in with Google, we receive the information Google provides through the OpenID, email, and profile permissions, such as your name, email address, and profile information. We also store account login credentials and records of account activity (logs), such as sign-in events, actions taken in USIC, IP addresses, and timestamps.
USIC content and AI keys. We process the content you submit to USIC, including prompts and queries, and any API keys you provide to connect an AI provider of your choice, in order to deliver the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve our website, USIC, and services; to authenticate users and manage accounts; to respond to inquiries; to communicate about our services; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Unspoken Security, our customers, and others. We do not use information for advertising.
4. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for site operation and to measure site performance, and asks for your consent to non-essential cookies through a cookie banner. It uses Google reCAPTCHA on forms and may display embedded content from YouTube and other podcast platforms, which may set their own cookies. USIC uses cookies necessary to keep you signed in and secure. Our hosting provider may also collect technical and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the platform. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for advertising, and we do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of our sites may not work.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
with service providers that help us operate, including Microsoft Azure, which hosts USIC, and Anthropic, the default AI provider for USIC;
with the AI provider you choose, if you supply your own AI key. In that case your prompts and related content are sent to that provider under your relationship with it and its terms, not ours;
with customers or others as needed to perform a services engagement, consistent with the applicable agreement;
to comply with law or legal process, or to protect our legal rights;
in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and
with your consent or at your direction.
6. Google User Data
(a) Google Sign-In. USIC uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate users. It requests only the OpenID, email, and profile permissions. We use the information received from Google (such as your name, email address, and profile information) only to sign you in, create and manage your USIC account, and communicate with you about the service. We store it on our hosting infrastructure with your account records. We do not sell it or use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others except to service providers acting on our behalf, as required by law or for security purposes, or in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You can revoke USIC’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
(b) Limited Use. Unspoken Security’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Your Choices
To ask about, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close a USIC account, contact us using the information below. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. Customers under a written agreement may have additional rights under that agreement.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through reasonable means. If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this Policy before making the change.
